All of our electronics come with a 1 year warranty. You simply need to contact us and we will give you instructions (RMA) for returning the item. How Does Shipping Work For Warranty Issues?
Within 90 Days: We will cover shipping costs for warranty issues that occur within 90 days of receiving the item.
If we receive the item back and find the issue was caused by a reason which is not covered under warranty (physical damage, water damage, misuse etc.) then the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
After 90 Days: The buyer is responsible for outgoing shipping costs that occur after 90 days. However, Intellytech will cover return shipping costs for items covered under warranty.
The conditions stated above only apply to customers with an address in the U.S.
If your unit is beyond the warranty time frame or you damaged your product, one of our skilled technicians can repair your product. Contact us for further information.
15 Day Return Policy:
Our return policy lasts 15 days. If for any reason you would like to return the item, you may send it back for a refund. Please contact us first so we can generate an RMA.
We do not accept back damaged items.

You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Prior to returning the item, contact us to receive your RMA.
United States: We offer FREE FEDEX Ground on all orders $99 and up within the US. All orders ship from our warehouse in Denver, Colorado.
Canada: We offer FREE Shipping on orders over $285.
Worldwide: We ship all over the world to places like Europe, Brazil, China, & more. To see rates, please add the item(s) to cart and it will list your shipping options according to your address. For European customers, please visit www.gafpagear.com.
Shipping Speed: We typically send your order out the same business day that it is purchased. All orders ship from our warehouse in Denver, Colorado. Your order will always be shipped out within 24 business hours unless we mark the item as back-ordered.
