1 Year Warranty
All of our electronics come with a minimum 1 year warranty. You simply need to contact us and we will give you instructions (RMA) for returning the item. How Does Shipping Work For Warranty Issues?

Within 90 Days: We will cover shipping costs for warranty issues that occur within 90 days of receiving the item.
- If we receive the item back and find the issue was caused by a reason which is not covered under warranty (physical damage, water damage, misuse etc.) then the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.

After 90 Days: The buyer is responsible for outgoing shipping costs that occur after 90 days. However, Intellytech will cover return shipping costs for items covered under warranty.
- The conditions stated above only apply to customers with an address in the U.S.

15 Day Return Policy

Our return policy lasts 15 days. If for any reason you would like to return the item, just send it back within 15 days of your purchase.

Please note that to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. The item must have the original boxing.

You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Prior to returning the item, contact us to receive your RMA.
