Warranty and Returns
All of our products come with a 1 year warranty (cases are excluded). You simply need to contact us and we will give you instructions for returning the item. We will either repair the item or send you a new one within 24-48 business hours. We can be reached by email at CustomerService@intellytechusa.com or by phone at 303-910-3715.
If your unit is passed the warranty time frame or you damaged your product, we can often repair your product. Contact us and we will give you a fair and quick quote.
Our return policy lasts 15 days. If for any reason you would like to return the item, just send it back within 15 days of your purchase. Contact us prior to returning an item and we will provide instructions.
Please note that to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We do not accept back damaged items under any circumstances.
Clearance items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately clearance items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
