The Socanland Nova-CD is the brightest single color 1x1 LED Light Panel on the market, guaranteed. This light is identical to the Nova-CD but is a Spot light instead of a Flood. This light is built using the tightly focused 30 Degree Spot LED's instead of the standard 60 Degree Flood LED's in the original Nova-CD. The spread of the Spot version is cut in half when compared to a 60 degree flood. In doing so, the tighter angle (spread) results in the output nearly doubling when compared to a 60 Degree Flood. Because the light is so much more focused, it can be placed back up to two times further. The further the light is placed back, the wider the spread becomes. This light is great for highlighting a single subject where a high amount of light is needed. It is also useful in situations where it is required to place the light back further than normal.

*The Nova-CD SPOT has an amazingly powerful throw due to the combination of the high output 30 degree LED's and the 100 Watt power. In fact, it is the brightest 1x1 LED Light Panel on the market by far. The Nova-CD SPOT produces 14,000lux @ 1 meter. The NOVA-CD is a single color unit available in 5600K Daylight. The light can dim from 0-100%.When ordering a 3 light kit, it would be wise to choose 2 x standard 60 Degree Flood lights along with 1 x 30 Degree Spot light.
